Secondary packaging for medicines
We manufacture the outer cardboard carton that contains and protects a medicine's primary packaging. Our technical team reviews the format, materials, printing and finishing requirements of each project before production.
Offset and digital printing
We choose the process to suit the volume, deadline and finish. PantoneLIVE colour management and inline checks support print consistency.
Die-cutting and Braille
We die-cut the board and add Braille and finishes to the technical requirements agreed for each carton.
Folding, gluing and verification
We fold, glue and check cartons using automated equipment before preparing them for dispatch.
Checks during production. Traceability by batch.
We measure colour, registration and finish throughout production. Final checks include sample analysis and batch documentation before delivery.
